We query the LA/LB terminals plus PierPass. A container still on the inbound vessel can take a few hours after discharge to appear. Check the number (four letters, seven digits), wait an hour and try again, or check directly with the terminal.

Verdicts come from the latest terminal data, cached for ten minutes. Pull to refresh. If the terminal portal still disagrees, email us the container number and a screenshot of the portal and we'll investigate.

iOS: Settings → Notifications → FreightHub → Allow. Android: Settings → Apps → FreightHub → Notifications. We notify you when something you follow changes — a tracked container, a load dispatched to you, a reply from support. Focus and Do Not Disturb silence them. Every alert also lands in the in-app feed under the bell.

Pools bill a daily charge once a chassis is out past its free days, and their invoices arrive weeks later. Chassis & per-diem (in the Track & Trace account menu, part of Track & Trace Pro) keeps your own ledger: log each out-gate, and cost accrues by port-local business day using your pool's rate card, free days and tiers. Drivers close the clock from the app — after delivery, tap Chassis returned on the trip. Import the pool's invoice and the audit flags overbilled days, wrong tiers and duplicates so you can dispute them with evidence.
